Courtney Callison
Secretary
Courtney serves as the Secretary of the Payne County Election Board. Courtney has been with the election board since 2020 and was appointed as Secretary in May 2023 by the State Election Board having been nominated by Senator Tom Dugger. Courtney is dedicated to facilitating safe, free, and fair elections to Payne County. She especially enjoys voter outreach and education. Courtney grew up in Northwest Oklahoma and moved to Stillwater in 2015. She fell in love with the community and Cowboy Spirit. Courtney is involved in many volunteer and community service organizations and projects. CASA for Kids, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Young Professionals of Stillwater, Stillwater Frontier Rotary, and Stillwater Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee to name a few. Courtney is a member of the Leadership Stillwater Class of XXXI and received Top 10 Leaders Under 40 in 2022. Courtney’s greatest accomplishment is raising her 2 daughters and being the ultimate “girl mom” complete with Taylor Swift car karaoke and cheering on her girls in every new stage of life.
					Melissa Murch
Assistant Secretary
Melissa serves as our Assistant Secretary. From helping voters with registrations and changes, to answering general election questions, Melissa is always eager to assist in any way she can. Melissa is a long time Cushing resident where she enjoys spending time with her husband and attending her children’s sporting events. Melissa came to us from the Sheriff’s office dispatch division. She continues to find fulfillment in making a difference and serving Payne County.
					Randlyne Dunlap
Chief Clerk
Randlyne Dunlap serves as the Chief Clerk for the Payne County Election Board. In her role, she assists voters with registration and updates, answers election-related questions, and helps ensure that every election runs smoothly and efficiently. Originally from northwest Oklahoma, Randlyne’s passion for community service grew during her time with The Renaissance Schools at Sangre, where she developed a deep appreciation for the Stillwater community. She attended Kansas State University and has been actively involved in the livestock industry, which continues to shape her strong work ethic and dedication to others. Outside of work, Randlyne enjoys spending time with close friends and family and looks forward to connecting with Payne County residents.
